How to set tasks?

For individual asset:

  1. Go to the chosen asset (by clicking on it)
  2. Enter task description (what have to be done)
  3. Choose Assignee from the list
  4. Click ‘Add task’

Assignee person will get an email notification and this task will add to their to-do list.

Same task for many assets:

  1. On the asset list check items to which you want to add the same task
  2. On bulk menu choose ‘Add task’
  3. Popup will open – type your task and choose Assignee user (if it is not set)
  4. Click ‘Add task’

Task will be added to all assets you checked. 

How to set a global task, for the campaign?

When a task applies to more than one asset, you can add a global (campaign) task:

  1. Go to the assets listOn the top right corner you w
  2. ill find Tasks button 
  3. After you click it, a sidebar will show
  4. Enter task description (what have to be done)
  5. Choose Assignee from the list
  6. Click ‘Add task’

How to set the formatting on tasks?

To visually format text, you can use available options in a text editor, like: font color, bold, underline, lists or headings.

How to add images?

Just drag&drop image on the text field.
You can also take a screenshot from Lightshot or a similar app, copy it to the clipboard and paste in the text field.

Important:

When you start to type a task and closed or change your window by mistake – don’t worry. Tasks form have autosave feature, so when you came back, you could continue from when you ended.

How to delete a task?

To delete a task:

  1. click ‘X’ on task you want to remove
  2. Confirm the deletion by clicking ‘Remove’
