How to create and modify the campaign?

How to create a new campaign?

  1. Go to the ‘Campaigns’ menu page
  2. Enter your campaign number or ID – something unique that helps you identify project
  3. Enter Client / Brand name – you can choose from a list of previously added or enter a new one
  4. Enter your campaign name
  5. Click ‘Add Campaign’ or just ‘Enter’

New Campaign has been added to the list.

How to edit campaign name?

  1. Just hover over the field you want to change
  2. click on the pencil icon
  3. Type new name and click Enter

How to archive campaign?

  1. click on the action menu and choose Archive
  2. Popup will show up – confirm that you want to archive that campaign

From now, the selected campaign will be listed on the ‘Archived’ menu tab

How to unarchive campaign?

  1. click on the action menu and choose Unarchive
  2. Popup will show up – confirm that you want to unarchive that campaign

From now, the selected campaign will be listed on the ‘Ongoing’ menu tab

How to delete campaign?

  1. click on the action menu and choose Delete
  2. Popup will show up – confirm that you want to permanently delete that campaign

From now, the selected campaign will not be listed anywhere

How to add access to campaign for another manager?

  1. Go inside selected campaign by click on it
  2. Click ‘Edit campaign manager’
  3. Choose a user from the list
  4. Choose type of action you want new manager to have
  5. Click Add
