- Log-in to your account at https://customer.dizply.com
- Click on your Username and choose Settings
How to update your billing settings?
You can update your billing settings only if you have an active subscription.
- Go to the ‘Billing’ from the left menu
- Choose ‘Billing Settings’ tab – you can no see your billing summary
To update Billing info:
- find ‘Billing information’ box and click ‘Edit’
- billing form will show
- update your data and click ‘Update billing address’
To update the Payment Method (card):
- find ‘Payment Method Information’ box and click ‘Update Payment Method’
- Payment method form will show
- update your data and click ‘Update’
How to download invoices?
- Go to the ‘Billing’ from the left menu
- in the ‘History’ tab, you will see a list of invoices, their creation date, status, and the total amount
- Click ‘Download’ to download it to your disc
How to subscribe to paid plan during or after the trial?
- Go to the ‘Subscription details’ from the left menu.
- On the left, you will see your current trial plan – If you want to subscribe to this plan click ‘Subscribe’
- On the right, there is a list of other available plans – If you want to subscribe to one of the other plans click ‘Select’ button on chosen plan
- afterwards popup with plan details will show
- choose monthly or annual payment method
- click ‘Subscribe to selected plan’
To change your plan
- click ‘Select’ button on the plan you want to change to
- popup with plan details will show
- choose monthly or annual payment method
- click ‘Subscribe to selected plan’
Your plan will update to choosen one.
You can change your plan at any given time.
How to cancel subscription?
To cancel your active subscription or trial:
- Go to the ‘Subscription details’ from the left menu.
- You will see your current (trial) plan
- Click ‘Cancel this subscription’
