How to track time?

If you want to:

  1. know how much time you spend on each asset
  2. let your manager know what task you are working on the time tracking feature is for you.

You can track your time for each asset separately or the overall time you spend on the campaign.

To start track time

  • if you work on the individual asset task: click ‘I’m on it’ buttonon an asset view.
  • if you work on a campaign task, or if you don’t want to start & stop track time to often when doing lot of small tasks, you can track time on the campaign overall: click ‘I’m on it’ button on a campaign view.

Your time start counting – You will notice that:

  • the green button changed to red ‘Stop’ button
  • clock icon in the right corner start flashing
    • if you click that icon you can see how much time you already spend since you start working and on what asset / campaign

To stop track time

  • click ‘Stop’ button that appeared in place of ‘I’m on it’
  • or click ‘Stop’ button which you’ll find in the right corner after clicking the clock icon
  • tracking time will also stop when you upload a new file (if you track time on individual asset)

To check your time tracking history:

  1. Go to ‘My timer’ menu tab
  2. choose the date range you are interested in
  3. and optionally pick Campaign name to filter it
